Pinterest is a social bookmarking site where users collect and share photos of their favorite events, interests and hobbies. One of the fastest growing social networks online, Pinterest is the third-largest Social Networking site.
Pinterest recently introduced a privacy feature called Secret Board. As the name implies, no one can see your board, only you and people you invite to the board. This will allow users to keep track of gift ideas, special events, and any projects that are not ready to be shared with the world. This feature is also available on all kind of devices.

First of all, Login to your account then Click on Add +button at top right corner.
At the next window turn Secret Button On(see screenshot)
Right now you can create only 3 secret boards because it’s in Beta stage. You can see all your secret boards in bottom of your profile. But you can’t hide your existing boards, it’s the only drawback of this feature.
